Amotec is currently recruiting a Bookkeeper / Accountant in the Streetsboro OH area. These roles are with our client, a leader in the Restaurant Distribution Industry . In this role, you will be handling all Bookkeeping responsibilities including; AR, AP, and most accounting functions. This is a full time position.

This Role Offers:

• $62,000 - 73,000 depending on experience
• Full benefits package, 401K, paid holidays and PTO

Job Description:
As a Bookkeeper / Accountant you will oversee the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accounts payable and receivable, daily financial entries and reconciliations. (Payroll will not be a function of this particular Bookkeeping job)

This position will also consist of monthly financial reporting, enter general ledgers, and record payments and adjustments.

In this role you’ll also be asked to also take on some general office duties. To succeed in this role, you must be a good communicator, and someone who prides themselves in being the “glue” of the office.

Requirements and Skills:

• Must have 2 or more years’ experience in Bookkeeping with QuickBooks
• Must have QuickBooks
• A positive attitude
• The ability to clearly communicate
• A willingness to listen and to take direction
