The Telehealth Division Coordinator is a versatile role, serving as a change agent, liaison, communicator, educator, and customer service representative. This position is primarily remote, but travel to Premier Health healthcare facilities and non-Premier partner sites is expected.

1. Coordinates, collaborates, and appropriately delegates with the interdisciplinary team, initiates chain of command when appropriate.

2. Coordinates tasks associated with all phases of telehealth implementation and program management.

3. Awareness and accountability with regards to outcomes across the balanced score card.

4. Responsible for supporting the telehealth division in project implementation plans, identification and tracking of performance metrics, coordination of training of internal and external partner staff regarding the use of telehealth technology, and collection of data for evaluation.

5. Ensures that telehealth practices are in compliance and replicated appropriately across all service areas. Maintains policies and procedures that ensure compliance and mitigate risk within the telehealth division.

6. Serves as a liaison to a variety of constituents: hospital outreach programs to integrate services that support their needs; internal hospital departments, physicians and physician practices to identify, develop and promote services and programs; member community relations and marketing departments to promote activities and programs; members, partners, and potential members.

1. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to plan, implement, and evaluate various educational opportunities for Premier and outlying hospitals and healthcare personnel in the region.

2. Collaborates with telehealth stakeholders and programs to ensure continuity of telehealth delivery.

3. Supports the interpretation and dissemination of telehealth outcomes to internal and external customers, allowing teams to determine effectiveness of treatments and modify processes as necessary to achieve identified patient goals.

4. Facilitates clinical care peer review and quality improvement activities for telehealth programs.

5. Collaborates with telehealth team to support vendor and internal telehealth solutions at various locations.

6. Schedules site visits with appropriate clinical and operation management across the hospitals.

7. Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance quality of care standards through equitable, regulated, and safe practices.

8. Stay abreast of emergent trends and best practices in telehealth, community healthcare, and organizational needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to support program expansion initiatives in accordance with organizational goals

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: Healthcare technology experience in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and problem solving amongst ambiguity.

Prior specific functional responsibilities: N/A

Preferred experience: Experience in clinical transformation, program management or similar field strongly preferred.

Other experience requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to change, effectively communicate information and build relationships. EPIC experience and knowledge of healthcare operations preferred. Strong demonstratable experience implementing and supporting telehealth programs and supporting ongoing activities.
