Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This role supports a med/surg telemetry unit providing care to adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring in a high-quality hospital environment. POSITION OVERVIEW
This assignment is ideal for nurses with strong MS/Tele experience who are confident managing telemetry patients and thrive in a structured clinical setting. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• 13-week contract
• Night shift 3x12s (19:00–07:00)
• Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Auto offer facility – fast process

Each compensation package is customized and may include taxable hourly wages along with tax-free stipends when applicable. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide care for adult med/surg telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and manage patient conditions
• Respond to changes in patient status and escalate care as needed
• Support interdisciplinary care team
• Document all care in facility systems WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience REQUIRED
• AHA BLS and ACLS REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
• NIHSS REQUIRED
• Active OH license or compact license REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
• Must be comfortable with telemetry patient population
• First-time travelers accepted
