Phlebotomist - Women's Health Clinic (Mansfield, OH)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Location: Mansfield, OH
Pay Range: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Shift 1: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• Shift 2: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

A leading provider of clinical laboratory services is seeking a reliable and experienced Phlebotomist to support on-site laboratory operations at a women's health clinic in Mansfield, Ohio. This position offers the opportunity to work independently in a patient-focused environment while performing essential specimen collection duties that directly support quality diagnostic testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for patients of all ages using proper safety and identification protocols.

• Accurately label, record, and enter specimen information into the computer system.

• Prepare samples for courier pickup and ensure proper packaging and transport procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area, including equipment sterilization and supply management.

• Provide excellent patient service with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

• Support daily operational flow by logging procedures, tracking specimen data, and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Hands-on phlebotomy experience and ability to work independently

• Phlebotomy Certification

• Comfortable working with patients across all age groups

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Preferred:

• Previous experience in outpatient or women's health clinical settings
