Position Overview:
We are searching for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our Cincinnati, OH team. This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service through clear and professional communication. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about services, processes, and next steps
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call outcomes
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow company procedures and call center guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
