What You Will Do:

• Support preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient daily operations, including equipment replacement and oil changes.

• Assist with environmental and safety inspections to maintain a clean, safe workplace.

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery; help with tooling adjustments and setup changes.

• Work closely with leadership to coordinate maintenance schedules.

• Assist in training machine operators and support production as needed.

• Manage oil and supply inventory.

• Maintain an organized warehouse.

• Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental standards.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Forklift ability or willingness to train.

• Basic understanding of production processes.

• Maintenance experience preferred.

• Familiarity with tools and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
