Scheduling Specialist
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Scheduling Specialist. This role focuses on coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring efficient scheduling processes across teams, clients, and stakeholders.

The Scheduling Specialist will work closely with internal teams, customers, and managers to coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and scheduling requests
- Manage calendars and maintain accurate scheduling records
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients and team members
- Monitor schedule changes and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Communicate scheduling updates to relevant stakeholders
- Track appointment status, attendance, and scheduling metrics
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling and internal systems
- Support operational workflows and administrative processes
- Respond to scheduling inquiries via email and phone
- Assist with reporting and documentation related to scheduling activities
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure scheduling efficiency
- Help improve scheduling processes and operational effectiveness
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, or support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to schedule changes
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
