Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our Cincinnati, OH team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while supporting administrative operations.
Responsibilities:

Greet clients, visitors, and team members in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently

Maintain organized and up-to-date visitor and client records

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and appointments are managed smoothly

Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and document management
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous customer service, administrative, or front desk experience is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills
