Tonka Services LLC is a small family owned business located in Malvern, OH. Tonka Services was started in 2018 first as a maintenance shop and has then grown into a one shop stop for local owner operators and other local companies around the area. We now not only provide maintenance and services, but a parts store, towing, and our own small fleet of semi truck and trailers with flat bed, van, step deck and dump trucks.
Tonka Services LLC is looking for a CDL Class A driver for one of our semi trucks that include flat bed, step deck, and van hauling.
Pay is based on experience. $22-$26
Individual Insurance for medical and dental is offered through our insurance representative.
PTO is available after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers and flatbeds
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure safety and functionality
- Maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with customers, and team members
Skills:
- Proficient in operating vehicles with manual transmission
- Knowledge of proper techniques for securing cargo to ensure safe transport
- Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety protocols
Note: A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required for this position with Clean Record
Pay: $22-$26
