Maintenance Technician

1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift | Training on 1st Shift (60–90 Days)

We’re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment including motors, conveyors, pneumatics, and production machinery. This role requires Saturday work and hands‑on mechanical and electrical skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with operators
• Read blueprints/schematics and use testing devices to troubleshoot
• Install, repair, and maintain 480V 3‑phase electrical systems
• Dismantle, rebuild, clean, and lubricate machinery
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed
• Complete preventive maintenance and verify repairs
• Properly handle, tag, and store parts
• Maintain records and request replacement materials
• Use CMMS for work orders and documentation

What You Need

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting of pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors
• Knowledge of pneumatics
• Electrical troubleshooting (220V & 480V 3‑phase) + LOTO experience
• Ability to read industrial blueprints
• CMMS experience
• HS diploma or GED

Preferred Skills

• PLC, VFD, and sensor troubleshooting
• Welding & fabrication
• Technical school or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance
• Hydraulics experience

Work Environment

Dusty industrial setting with temperature fluctuations. PPE provided (including N‑95 where needed). Company committed to OSHA compliance and providing proper safety equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr.
