Job Brief
Kable Staffing, a division of Kable Workforce Solutions, is hiring a Production Role for our client. This job involves follow safety, cleanliness, and GMP standards while working in a climate-controlled facility with strong detergent scents. Standing for long periods and adhering to dress code and safety policies, including steel-toe shoes, is required.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Perform basic production and packing tasks
• Pick up bottles and place them on the production line
• Maintain consistent pace and performance throughout the shift
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
• Remain standing in a single spot for extended periods
• Work efficiently in an environment with strong laundry detergent scents

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• No prior experience required—training provided onsite
• Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility with strong scents
• Must wear steel-toe shoes and follow dress code guidelines
• Willing to follow safety protocols and facility policies (e.g., non-smoking, water restrictions)
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a clean, safe production environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills
