Process Engineer, Manufacturing
- Evaluate current manufacturing equipment and processes. Recommend and implement improvements that increase efficiency, quality, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues on the production floor.
- Develop and implement improvement methods and controls focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and support engineering and process improvement projects from concept through execution.
- Develop project plans, present recommendations, track progress, and report results.
- Read, interpret, and apply blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and technical reports.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to support manufacturing goals.
- Take ownership of results and follow through on commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree with an Engineering certificate required.
- 2 to 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid hands-on experience applying engineering concepts and principles in a production environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Clear and confident communication skills. Comfortable presenting to leadership and collaborating across teams.
- High integrity. Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- Proactive mindset with sound judgment and the confidence to recommend and implement solutions.
- Self-motivated professional who performs well in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
