Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Picture this: You arrive at our well-established manufacturing facility in Versailles, OH. Before the first shift hits full stride, you’ve already scanned the maintenance schedule, prioritized preventive tasks, and are ready to jump on any unexpected line stoppages. When equipment needs adjustment, cleaning, or a quick part replacement, you’re the calm in the storm—restoring uptime and keeping production humming.
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
What Your Day Looks Like
- Execute the planned maintenance schedule across equipment, machinery, installations, and the facility—covering adjustments, cleaning, and preventative tasks to avoid future downtime.
- Perform urgent corrective work when parts fail or wear, including repairing or replacing components on machines, installations, and facility systems.
- Partner with operators, process technicians, and leadership to diagnose and resolve issues that disrupt the manufacturing lines.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lock out/tag out, and consistently wear the required safety gear.
What You Bring
- Mechanical troubleshooting ability and a methodical approach to diagnosing issues.
- Hands-on experience with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
- Proven electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Working knowledge of pneumatics troubleshooting.
