The Opportunity

This is more than HVAC.

One hour you’re diagnosing a rooftop unit.
Next, upgrading lighting.
Later, servicing a company van.

You’ll work across:

• Commercial HVAC systems

• Dry-cleaning production equipment

• Boilers, compressors, presses, and motors

• Commercial laundry machinery

• Light vehicle maintenance

• General facility improvements

What You Bring

Required

• 5 - 10+ years HVAC service experience

• EPA 608 Universal Certification (Or Equivalent)

• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently

• Clean driving record

• Stable work history

• Clear documentation and communication

You must be flexible. This is hands-on, practical work across multiple areas — not a narrow specialty role.

Strong Advantage

• Refrigeration experience

• Light plumbing or electrical

• Small engine repair

• Automotive service knowledge

• Comfortable using AI or digital tools to research and solve problems

What You’ll Own

• Maintain 98%+ equipment uptime

• Reduce outside vendor costs

• Execute monthly preventive maintenance

• Maintain organized parts inventory

• Respond calmly to urgent issues

• Keep clean, professional documentation

• Follow all EPA, OSHA, and safety standards

• Participate in limited on-call rotation

Your performance directly impacts company profitability and operations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$75,000 base salary

• Overtime + on-call pay
