Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Lorain, OH
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, featuring high-quality equipment and competitive pay. Enjoy the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that ensures you return home weekly.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to offer steady miles while allowing you to keep up with family commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- Take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there’s safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily transport dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical work required, enabling you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings between $1,200 and $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Illinois.
- All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:
