About job: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Relocation Assistant to support our moving and coordination teams in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves assisting with packing, organizing, and ensuring that all aspects of the relocation process run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and committed to delivering a positive experience for customers during what can often be a stressful time. Responsibilities * Assist with packing, labeling, and organizing household or office items for relocation * Support loading and unloading of furniture, boxes, and equipment * Help coordinate relocation logistics, including inventory tracking and item placement * Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage during transport * Unpack and arrange items at destination according to customer instructions Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) * Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks throughout the shift * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment * Dependable with a strong work ethic Benefits * Competitive pay * Paid training * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) * Weekly pay * Opportunities for advancement * Supportive and team-oriented work environment
