Certified Personal Trainer

We are a close-knit community gym looking to add a reliable, certified Personal Trainer to our team. Tired of the corporate gym sales grind? We hand you the clients so you can focus 100% on coaching, program design, and building relationships—no cold calling or aggressive floor sales required.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Clients Provided: We build your schedule for you.

The Schedule: We are looking for a trainer to cover a consistent, part-time block of hours. Totaling approximately 20–24 hours per week, the required shifts are:

• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Coach clients during designated evening and Saturday morning blocks.
• Design customized, results-driven training programs tailored to individual goals.
• Build lasting relationships, keep clients accountable, and foster a welcoming community.
• Track client progress, request feedback, and celebrate their wins.
• Keep the training floor organized, clean, and client-ready.
• Occasionally assist with light front desk or membership tasks during shift transitions.

Who You Are:

• Certified: You hold a current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.).
• Experienced: You have at least 6+ months of in-person coaching experience.
• Local & Reliable: You live within a reasonable, easy commuting distance and pride yourself on being punctual and consistent.
• Personable: You are friendly, easy to talk to, confident enough to lead, and humble enough to learn.
