• Setting: Hospital-based MRI Department
• Assignment Type: Travel Contract
• Start Date: September 22, 2025
• End Date: March 23, 2026 (13-26 weeks, flexible contract length)
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour days)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Number of Positions: 2 MRI Technologist openings
• No call, weekends, or holidays required

MRI Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of permanent MRI Technologist experience required prior to travel
• Proficiency with Siemens MRI scanners (Vida, Aera, Skyra, Avanto) required
• Active ARRT (MR) certification and AHA BLS certification
• Permanent Ohio license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Nicotine-free (negative cotinine test required)
• Two supervisory references (one from the past 12 months, and one from the most recent travel assignment if applicable)
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must complete BCI/FBI background check within 48 hours of contract signing

MRI Technologist Responsibilities

• Operate Siemens MRI scanners (Vida, Aera, Skyra, Avanto) to perform routine neuro, body, and MSK exams (no cardiac)
• Deliver high-quality imaging and patient care in a hospital-based clinical setting
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols
• Participate in orientation and required assessments (ECG rhythm recognition, safeMedicate)
