Job Description

This role involves operating a press brake machine to bend materials as per job orders. You will be responsible for setting up the machine, executing the project, and ensuring the final product meets the required specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate the press brake machine efficiently and safely.
• Set up the machine for each job order.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects accurately.
• Measure and cut materials as required for the press brake machine.
• Verify that the finished product meets specifications.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of experience operating a press brake machine.
• 1+ year of experience reading blueprints.
• 1+ year of experience measuring and cutting materials.
• Ability to set up and run the press brake machine.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, and CNC operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in the sign industry.
• Experience operating other machines such as shears.
• Ability to perform minor repairs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
