Snowflake Principal Consultant
At DAC.digital, we are constantly growing our business. As part of our growth strategy, we are starting a strategic partnership with one of the biggest consulting companies in Germany with a strong focus on Data Management. Their clients include major banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and automotive brands.
Key information:
- 22 000 – 26 000 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract
- 19 000 – 22 500 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)
It is vital that you have:
- strong experience working with Snowflake;
- solid hands-on experience with AWS;
- practical experience using dbt;
- proficiency in using Terraform;
- knowledge of English (min. B2);
- working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- high communication skills;
- eager to learn and share knowledge;
- willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.)

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:
- leading the design and implementation of modern data solutions using Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and Terraform;
- acting as a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to shape pragmatic, scalable solutions;
- providing technical leadership to a small team;
- taking ownership of project delivery and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation;
- coaching and mentoring the team to help them grow their skills and maturity in Snowflake and AWS;
- communicating with the customer;
- ensuring high-quality implementation standards and adherence to best practices across infrastructure and data workflows.
