Kufleitner Auto Group CDJR in Boardman, OH is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team!

We are looking for someone who can join our team and make an immediate impact on vehicle sales and customer service. The position will offer a highly competitive compensation package for the right person, who brings a strong work ethic, and high level of professionalism with them to the dealership. This position is for anyone that is currently in the business, and doing well, but feels that they need an environment that provides a greater opportunity. Must be an excellent communicator and truly enjoy working with people. We have one of the areas largest inventories of new & preowned trucks and SUVs.

A Day in the Life of an Automotive Sales Consultant (but not limited to):

• Approaching and talking to customers who enter the dealership lot
• Listening and asking questions to determine the customer’s needs and wants in a vehicle
• Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory
• Ensure the customer understands the paperwork, warranty, and vehicle’s
• Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts
• Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with current and previous customers

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.
• Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently
• Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Commission based)
