National Service Information, Inc. (NSI)** is a local Marion, Ohio company established in 1989. Our focus is creating, filing, or retrieving public records documents for clients working through our Ohio and Indiana offices. NSI coordinates document filings and retrievals in all 50 states. Our clients are law firms, corporations, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs. NSI is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Paralegal or Legal Assistant to assist with the daily operations of our well-established company. We will train in our industry.

Position Responsibilities:

**

Prepare and File basic State Corporate Documents

Search, File, Retrieve documents from County courts and State courts/offices

Monitor Deadlines for Client closings

Assist clients with Corporate Compliance

Introduce new and current services to current customers

Court Research

Price Quotes for customers

General Office Duties

Maintain files and records

**

Education and/or Experience:**

Associates degree, Paralegal degree/certification or 2-3 years commensurate experience

Experience may also be legal secretary, real estate closing, mortgage lending, county recorder, court clerk's office, etc.

Recent graduates will be considered

**

Other helpful skills:**

Accurate data entry

Detail oriented

Ability to schedule and meet deadlines

Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook

Pay: Salary depends on experience and education.

Work Location:** In person, Marion, Ohio office. Marion area, Galion, Bucyrus, Kenton, Waldo, Prospect, Delaware, Upper Sandusky are all very close with an easy commute.
