Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Helper to join their team. As a Maintenance Helper, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Helper - 2nd Shift

Location: Brook Park

Pay Range: $20.93

Shift: 2pm - 10:30am, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Hook-up and unload bulk rail and truck materials following documented procedures
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of all company assets
• Support preventive maintenance systems and apply industrial lubricants
• Properly handle and utilize hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
• Support production equipment setup, screen changes, and system cleanouts as needed

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 75 pounds
• Willingness to work weekends and breakdown shifts as required
• Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
