Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Associates Degree
• Professional certification is required

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Coverage area includes Highland, Clinton, Fayette, Madison, Greene, and Brown counties
