Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the legal industry to hire an experienced full time Director of Paid Social Media Advertising .

What YOU will do

• Lead and scale paid social media advertising as a core growth driver for the organization.

• Develop and own the paid social roadmap, including testing frameworks, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.

• Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing paid social team as investments and scope expand.

• Manage acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Collaborate with creative teams to guide the production of platform-optimized content that drives engagement and conversions.

• Partner with data and analytics stakeholders to implement advanced measurement strategies, including lift studies, incrementality testing, attribution models, and in-platform experiments.

• Translate campaign performance into actionable insights and clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Stay at the forefront of platform updates and algorithm shifts to ensure strategy remains cutting-edge.

What YOU will bring us

• 5+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.

• Strong knowledge of bidding mechanics, audience targeting, and creative best practices across platforms.

• Hands-on experience with incrementality testing, attribution, and advanced measurement methodologies.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear action plans that drive ROI.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to align paid social investments with overall business growth objectives.

• Track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performance paid social teams.
