JOB DETAILS Part Time Flexible Schedule Base Pay $20 per hour On Demand Pay Program (Access your pay when you need it) Weekly Pay Entry-level role supporting production operations and assisting the facility and maintenance team with general tasks. Responsibilities include: Operate basic machinery and tools following work instructions. Assemble, package, and handle materials. Perform visual quality inspections and report defects. Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all safety procedures. Assist facilityand maintenance team with: General upkeep (cleaning, organizing tools and supplies). Delivering parts and tools. Basic preventive maintenance tasks under supervision (e.g., lubricating equipment, replacing filters). Report facility issues such as lighting, leaks, or minor repairs. Support compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 18 years of age. Entry-level; 0-3 months experience working in a manufacturing environment (training provided). Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills and ability to use hand tools. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
