You’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with clinical and technical decision-makers in healthcare—learning the business from the inside out while building toward a leadership path that can exceed half-a-million-dollar earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Ohio territory alongside the Regional Sales Director to grow revenue and open new opportunities.

• Conduct field assessments, product demos, and onsite training to ensure customer success.

• Develop trusted relationships across hospital departments—IT, biomed, nursing, clinical, and administrative.

• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

• Manage your pipeline and goals using CRM tools and sales automation software.

• Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to sharpen your strategy.

• Own your territory plan and contribute to a culture of collaboration, service, and results.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business, marketing, IT, communications, or health sciences).

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience —healthcare or technology experience a plus.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-starter mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed goals.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Willingness to travel frequently within territory (up to 75%).

• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (equipment for demos and events).
