Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to join an established team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. They will maintain financial records, process payroll, bank reconciliations, and contribute to the efficient operation of the firm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Enter financial information into appropriate software programs.
• Manage company ledgers.
• Process business expenses.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Verify balances and rectify discrepancies.
• Handle monthly payroll using accounting software.

HIRING PROFILE:

Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk.

Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.

Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.

Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.

Data entry and word processing skills.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

Excellent communication and administrative skills.

Integrity and confidentiality.
