- Associate degree or higher in Business Management or related field is desired, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative capacity preferred.
- Administrative experience in a hospital, executive suite, and/or supporting multiple leaders is desired.
- This position will require a person with sound judgment and the ability to prioritize.
- This position requires the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions and recommend appropriate action.
- Demonstrates competence in technical, interpersonal, educational and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions.
