Microbrand builds branded products with content creators who have loyal audiences .

The role: find the next ones. You'll prospect creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, pitch them on launching their own branded product with us, and move them through onboarding. You'll spend your day finding, pitching, and signing creators to launch their own branded products with us. You're the front of the funnel — the person who keeps a steady stream of qualified creators moving toward launch. We'll train you on our model, our categories, and our pitch; you bring the hustle, the phone skills, and the persistence.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and build a pipeline of qualified content creators
• Run high-volume outbound outreach — calls, DMs, and email — to creators and their managers
• Qualify creators against our criteria (audience size, category fit, brand quality)
• Pitch the Microbrand model and our proof points
• Manage creators through onboarding — from first conversation to signed agreement and handoff
• Maintain a clean CRM of prospects, conversations, and stages
• Spot product and category opportunities and feed them to the sourcing/product team
• Conduct ongoing market research — track competitor brands, creator-led products, pricing, and emerging trends to surface new opportunities
• Research and validate product categories, gauging demand and retail/distribution potential
• Scan social platforms to identify and shortlist high-potential creators (and their niches) before competitors do
• Build and maintain a market map of creators, categories, and product gaps to inform our pipeline
• Work closely with the marketing and sourcing teams to make sure we can deliver on what you sign

Who We're Looking For

• Driven, hungry, and aggressive — you love the chase and don't get discouraged by "no"
• Strong phone presence and a natural relationship-builder
• Highly organized; comfortable running your own pipeline and following up relentlessly
• Coachable — we'll teach you the product and the model
• Bonus: experience in sales, business development, influencer/creator partnerships, or e-commerce
• No deep technical or industry expertise required — we provide the background and the pitch
