Customer Experience & Asset Protection Associate
Strader's Garden Centers is seeking a Customer Experience & Asset Protection Associate to join our team. As a valued member of our garden center, you will be the first and last point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, pay attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining a positive atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the garden center with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Provide directions and answer basic questions to create a positive shopping experience
- Check receipts as customers exit in a professional and respectful manner
- Maintain awareness of store activity to support a safe and organized environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership as needed
