Inside Sales Rep – Drive Growth, One Conversation at a Time
Pay: $18-$22 per hour, plus commission

  Position Overview:

As our Inside Sales Rep, this position is all about keeping business moving—reaching out, following up, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. If you thrive on the phone, enjoy connecting with people, and can close the deal, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Outbound calling to our MVP customers, especially on slow days to generate sales and appointments.
• Follow up with customers on all open estimates.
• Work leads from platforms like Thumbtack, Angie’s, and other third-party lead scheduling sites.
• Re-engage old sales leads and MVP plan renewals.
• Support sales reps by taking over open opportunities after 48 hours, closing sales and earning commission.

What Does It Take?

• Strong conversational skills, you know how to connect with people naturally.
• Comfortable making outbound/cold-call style calls.
• Previous experience in sales-heavy roles such as retail, restaurant upselling, call center, or other customer-facing sales.
• Computer proficiency (CRM or scheduling software experience a plus).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to close deals.
