Junior Marketing Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Cincinnati team. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating on-site promotional activities, and assisting with brand communication efforts to ensure each project reflects our mission of delivering strategic, high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, handouts, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Help coordinate brand displays, on-site campaigns, and event setups.
- Assist with internal communications and client communication preparation (no media or press outreach).
- Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing department as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.
