Welder - Fabricator
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator with strong fabrication skills and hands-on experience in GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding.

Location: Mansfield

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based Skills & Experience)

Hours: 40-45 hours per week
Schedule & Overtime
-
Regular shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
-
1st stage OT: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
-
Additional OT may include:
-
Saturday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
-
4 (10-hour) shifts, Monday-Thursday
-
12-hour shifts Friday-Sunday (during peak demand)
-
Candidates must be willing to work 10-hour days and occasional Saturdays .

Must be willing to work/travel to Smithville facility as needed
Key Responsibilities
-
Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
-
Install and repair various equipment and components
-
Read, understand, and follow blueprints to meet product specifications
-
Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
-
Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
-
Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of fabrication experience (required)
-
Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields
-
Proficient in GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding

Ability to read engineering blueprints and schematics
-
Strong knowledge of fabrication tools, equipment, and procedures

Ability to handle physical workload

Capable of working independently after training

S mithville facility specializes in stainless steel fabrication for the food industry , producing equipment.
