We currently have an opening in our Marketing department for a Marketing Content Creator.
Marketing Content Creator - Essential Duties
This position is integral in supporting IMCO Carbide Tool's sales and marketing objectives. The Marketing Content Creator coordinates a variety of Marketing tasks/projects, as outlined below. This position reports to the Product Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Content Creator will maintain a basic knowledge and understanding of key social media platforms, as well as oversee and coordinate social media campaigns. The Content Creator will also need to maintain basic understanding and ability to interpret results from digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics 4, to determine if social media traffic objectives have been met. The Content Creator will also have to work with the Product Marketing Manager to evaluate which trade publications should be targeted with our advertisements. The Content Creator will also work and help create the IMCO Catalogs and Literature. As well as other duties as assigned.

Experience & Requirements
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Effective skills and ability to handle multiple tasks, reprioritize as needed, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify and disseminate (or protect) sensitive or proprietary information appropriately.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office and Outlook experience required.
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required; relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Marketing preferred, but not required.
This position requires the ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. This position requires regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Other requirements are:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. (not on a regular basis)
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
Must have flexibility of hands / fingers for data entry and other clerical duties.
Ability to sit for periods of time, bend to retrieve materials, and walk (including up and down stairs to office area).
Wage & Schedules
Wage will be commensurate with experience.
The position is primarily Monday thru Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p.

Working Conditions:
The Marketing Content Creator will work in a variety of settings, including the following:
Primarily in an office area, with noise from coworkers and office equipment. Occasionally, a warehouse area, which may have moderate noise levels. Occasionally, production areas, which have moderate to increased noise levels; where there may be contact with natural oils, synthetic oils, and various grinding dusts. All areas have climate control. Safety protocols in all areas must be followed (i.e. Dept specific PPE)
