We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Foundry Utility Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our foundry team as they prepare, melt, and pour metal to meet production standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced industrial environment, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare raw materials for foundry operations
• Help team operate furnaces and pour molten metal safely and accurately
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with safety and cleanliness standards
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Record production data and report issues to supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a foundry or industrial setting is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in high-temperature environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Standing, bending, and manual labor for extended periods
• Tolerance for heat, noise, and dust

Schedule

• This position offers a day or an evening shift (6:30AM-7PM or 6:30PM-7AM)
• Employees will work 3-4 shifts per week depending on the week
• The schedule repeats every two weeks
• • Week 1 - 3 days (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Week 2 - 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)
