Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to approach potential customers and establish business relationships
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Maintain and develop client relations for future opportunities and repeat business
• Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions as required
• Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
• Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services

Requirements

• Experience in sale or customer service is a plus but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
• Proficiency in English
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques is a plus but not required
• Fast learner with a passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under stringent deadlines
• Strong ethical conduct in both personal and professional life
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
• Physical ability to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
