Sr. Director of Operations

Essential Job Functions

• Lead direct and manage multiple site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at or above the clients standards.
• Maximize profitability through superior client service effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.
• Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
• Establish budget and manage revenue and expenses to budget goals.
• Responsible to train develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities
• Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing budget preparation and review financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
• Assist in sales opportunities and joint calls with sales executives - Implement new business and assure start-up success
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time some light lifting may be required in some instances.
• Talking hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree required Minimum fifteen years related experience required
• Minimum five years supervisory experience required

Other Skills and Abilities

• Computer Literate
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office internet web based and job specific software applications

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

• Professional certification may be required in some areas
