Join our client’s dynamic team as a Commercial Closing Agent, where you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding complex transactions from commitment through post-closing. Collaborate with seasoned title and real estate experts on sophisticated deals—including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and multi-site portfolio transactions—for a diverse client base of national and regional developers, lenders, investors, and law firms.
About the Role:
As a Commercial Closing Agent, you will be the central coordinator ensuring each closing is executed flawlessly, with an unwavering focus on precision, efficiency, and exemplary client service. Your expertise will help streamline transactions, mitigate risks, and uphold our reputation for excellence in commercial real estate closings.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and issue title insurance commitments, endorsements, policies, and related products in compliance with underwriting standards.
- Draft, assemble, and review closing documents—including settlement statements, escrow instructions, transfer deeds, and auxiliary deliverables.
- Obtain and maintain approval from title underwriters for title issues, exceptions, and endorsements, ensuring full compliance with standards and risk management protocols.
- Coordinate the receipt and disbursement of escrow and settlement funds in strict accordance with escrow instructions and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate proactively and professionally via email, phone, and in-person meetings, providing timely updates and resolving transaction issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed, well-organized physical and electronic transaction files, adhering to company recordkeeping policies.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and supporting documentation to facilitate seamless closings and assist team objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate transactions, including direct involvement with title insurance, escrow, or closings.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with title production software such as SoftPro, Qualia, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance, coupled with discretion when handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certification or equivalent professional credential.
- Experience working with national title underwriters and familiarity with multi-party transactions.
What We Offer:
- Opportunity to work alongside industry experts on high-profile commercial real estate deals.
- Career growth and professional development within a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
- The chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, ever-evolving market.
