Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the oversight, management and continued growth of this hotel complex. The AGM role requires vigorous building of revenues through increasing capacity utilization. In addition to maximizing revenue, the Assistant General Manager must standardize operating procedures, stimulate a high level of quality guest service and develop staff.
The position REQUIRES Marriott experience and understanding of Marriott's standards and systems.

Qualifications:
- The Assistant General Manager must have 3-5 years of experience as General Manager or Director of Hotel Operations in a Marriott property.
- The ideal candidate should display career growth and tenure in each stage of progression.
- Working knowledge of Marriott systems and standards is required.
- The ability to communicate effectively and being outgoing is a plus.
