Front of House Team Member (Cross-Trained) - Mad Anthony’s Pizza | Downtown Cincinnati

Mad Anthony’s Pizza is hiring Front of House team members for our new brick-and-mortar location on E. 8th Street in downtown Cincinnati.

We are part of Starving Artist Hospitality, a growing restaurant group building high-energy concepts with a strong culture, clear systems, and real opportunities for advancement. This is a chance to join a team from the ground up.

About the Role
This is not a traditional “server” or “bartender” position. Our Front of House team is cross-trained and rotates through support, floor service, and bar responsibilities over time.

You’ll take orders, run food, interact with guests, maintain the space, and help keep service flowing smoothly. The expectation is strong communication, awareness, and the ability to move with urgency while delivering consistent hospitality.

Compensation & Structure

• $10/hour base pay
• Pooled tips (team-based model)
• 15% of the tip pool is shared with the kitchen
• Training begins mid-May

Our model is built around team success, not individual sections. The stronger the team performs, the more everyone earns.
