Job Description

· Coordinate and manage Accounts Payable invoices for Inertial Aerospace and Flight Specialties business units

· Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

· Execute vendor payments including cutting checks, processing wire transfers, and handling ACH transactions

· Reconcile vendor statements and proactively resolve any discrepancies

· Support month-end close activities by assisting with AP reporting and analysis

Key Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience within a manufacturing environment
