As a Business Development Representative, your job is to **create demand and book qualified meetings without ever picking up the phone**.
This is a **social-first BDR role**. You will generate conversations, build credibility, and convert prospects into qualified, attended meetings through:
* LinkedIn posting and engagement
* Direct messaging
* Email
* Social media interactions
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified demand and booked meetings through modern, AI-enabled, social-first outbound systems.
Your responsibilities include:
* Running **LinkedIn outbound messaging** campaigns to initiate conversations and book qualified meetings
* Managing and supervising **AI SDR workflows**, including prompt usage, messaging quality, and follow-up logic
* Using **ChatGPT and AI tools daily** to personalize outreach, scale conversations, and improve response rates
* Promoting **Calendars, booking links, and weekly webinars** through LinkedIn, email, and direct messaging
* Posting, engaging, and commenting on LinkedIn to drive inbound conversations
* Handling inbound and warm leads generated from social engagement, content, and automation
* Booking qualified meetings directly onto calendars and ensuring attendance
* Managing conversations, notes, and outcomes inside the CRM
* Representing company professionally across all digital channels
You will receive structured training on:
* LinkedIn outbound and social selling frameworks
* AI SDR systems and human-in-the-loop management
* ChatGPT for outbound messaging, personalization, and follow-ups
* Promoting webinars, calendars, and live events through outbound
* Managing high-volume conversations without sacrificing quality
* CRM hygiene, qualification, and meeting booking best practices
All playbooks, templates, prompts, and workflows are provided.
* Prior experience **booking meetings** via LinkedIn, email, or digital outbound
* Hands-on experience using **ChatGPT** for sales, outreach, or content
* Comfort running **LinkedIn DMs and outbound messaging at scale**
* Ability to manage or work alongside **AI SDRs or automation systems**
* Strong written English and professional online presence
* Experience managing multiple conversations, calendars, and priorities
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic automation tools
