Job Description

LEI Home Enhancements is expanding and looking for experienced window sales professionals with in-home sales experience who understand how to run a professional consultation, build value, and close deals on the spot.

This is not just a sales role—this is an opportunity to build and lead your own window sales team while generating a high income with no cap.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments and present window solutions to homeowners
• Perform product demonstrations and explain energy efficiency, performance, and value
• Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking
• Close window replacement projects during the consultation
• Build and lead your own sales team
• Maintain strong customer relationships and generate referrals
• Accurately measure and document project details

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience REQUIRED (windows, siding, roofing, or home improvement preferred)
• Proven ability to close deals in a one-call close environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
• Self-driven with a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Leadership experience or desire to lead a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
