Seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager for a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Orland Park with emphasis on back-of-house operations and strong customer service. Candidate should have at least 2 years managing full-service restaurants with teams of 30+, experience with $2M+ annual sales, and P&L/financial cost-control skills. - Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 2 years of full-service Restaurant Manager experience with a staff of 30 or more
- Equally skilled in the front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house
- Sales volume experience of at least $2 million annually
- Financial/P&L awareness with the ability to help identify and correct cost area issues
