Aftermarket Support Rep./Business Co-Op - Part Time Multiple Semester

Job Responsibilities:

• Primary resource to research and respond to inquiries from distributor/customers as they relate to truck parts.
• Provide consistent communication to the materials group for the purpose of relaying information to the customer regarding shipping dates, order status, and expediting orders
• At direction of department managers, work on special field/market research projects, including but not limited to parts marketing and development.
• Train and educate branches in software use and updates, as well as education of the parts ordering and distribution process

Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to work approximately 25 hours per week for multiple semesters
• Must enjoy helping people
• Must have intermediate computer skills
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Must be enrolled in a college or university studying Business or related field.
