Opportunity:

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work in stepdown unit providing intermediate level patient care
• Monitor patients who require more intensive care than general medical floors but less than ICU
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition changes
• Provide patient and family education
• Current RN license required
• BLS certification typically required
• ACLS certification may be preferred or required
