Equipment Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Local candidates: CDL preferred but not required. You'll ride with experienced CDL operators while working toward earning your CDL.
• Non-local candidates: Valid CDL required.
• Open to both local and non-local applicants.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable service to customers
• Toolbox meetings Inspect, prepare, rig up, and rig down equipment
• Operate cementing equipment based on training and competency level
• Assist with maintenance and report equipment issues promptly
• Work closely with field and maintenance crews to ensure successful job execution

Equipment Operator Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work outdoors
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to work overtime and travel as needed
• CDL preferred for local applicants; required for non-local applicants
• High school diploma or GED required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
