Job Description Key Account Manager - Intralogistics (f/m/d)

Region: Northern Germany

SICK Vertriebs-GmbH serves customers across a wide range of industries in the German market and successfully sells products, services, and solutions in the fields of factory and logistics automation.

YOUR TASKS:

• Manage and further develop key accounts in the intralogistics sector
• Analyze customer needs and derive suitable product and solution concepts
• Develop and implement strategic and operational account plans
• Coordinate international projects and conduct price and contract negotiations
• Act as an interface to internal and external customers as well as international subsidiaries
• Provide qualified technical consulting and expand a sustainable relationship network, including at top management level
• Ensure the implementation of global agreements and contracts
• Continuously monitor market and competitor developments

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in key account management
• Industry experience in factory or logistics automation is an advantage
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• High level of personal responsibility and strong customer and sales orientation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Confident presence and strong negotiation skills
• Solution-oriented approach and willingness to travel
