Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience — confident, polished, and self-motivated
- Background in construction or trades preferred
- Consistently earned a 6-figure income through skill, not gimmicks

We’re expanding with purpose — and we want the right professional to grow with us. Non-phone sales only; we provide carefully vetted leads. You go directly to our residential customers' homes in NE Ohio to assess the problem, discuss solutions, and offer lasting results that are a cut above everyone else. You’ll serve high-intent buyers, enjoy uncapped potential, and be part of a team known for doing things right.

Pay structure:
Paid training @ $20/hour with the expectation of two weeks of full time training and then transitioning into commission only sales.
Commission rates are between 7% and 9% depending on monthly volume sold.
The average sale is $10,000, ranging between $3,000 and $100,000 projects. Up to 5 appointments per day is typical.
